Dear Come Cruise’n,
We just wanted to write and express our thanks for your service today to and from Andrew and Julian’s birthday party in Littlehampton.
Mark was an absolute delight as a driver – completely professional and attuned to the kids. I had several comments when we arrived that people who expected to be car sick actually had a very comfortable ride, as “the driver was very smooth”. We also really appreciated his flexibility in the departure time – one child was very late (as it turned out they had just received some sad news). Mark was unfussed by this and it really made me feel much less stressed.
We had a bit of a party bus on the return trip with Mark playing Justin Bieber on loop and the kids singing at the top of their lungs and bopping around. The more the adults feigned their suffering, the more it was played, so the kids thought it was hilarious. Mark really made their day. It is no small thing to keep 19 children content, and he did a fantastic job accommodating and entertaining them. What a great driver!
Thank you also for providing additional car seats, I know that put a lot of the parents at ease.
